As a Strategic Deal Advisory Manager, you will provide expert guidance on deal technology services for transactions of all sizes. This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and mitigating key IT risks and considerations that impact deal value for clients.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients on technical matters relating to separation or integration assessments.
  • Developing and presenting key deliverables to clients, supporting business development activities, and identifying key client risks throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Collaborating widely with teams across divisions to bring solutions to clients' challenges.

We excel in due diligence, integrations, and separations, offering opportunities to work on high-profile M&A transactions in a supportive environment.
