This is a Development Coordinator role that supports the operational facets of fundraising and marketing programs. The successful candidate will oversee donor database management, special event logistics, and administrative tasks to drive fundraising growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the donor database for accurate input, updating, and reporting.
  • Evaluate and improve gift records and donor acknowledgment within 2 business days.
  • Coordinate meetings, data entry, correspondence, and mailings as part of administrative duties.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate special events for fundraising goals.
  • Maintain social media accounts, email campaigns, web content, and publications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and five years of non-profit development, administrative, and database experience.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Prior experience managing a donor database and familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media management.
