- Real estate professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with a variety of people are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should be able to work autonomously, think critically, and possess excellent communication skills.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading sales team as a buyers agent. Key responsibilities include liaising with buyers, arranging appointments, and assisting with finding property.
- Liaise with buyers - call backs, Saturday opens, Auctions etc.
- Arrange viewings and facilitate interactions between buyers and sellers.
- Meet with buyers and assist in identifying suitable properties.
- Coordinate with photographers and stylists to prepare properties for market.
- Manage sales files and administer associated tasks.
- Review and approve sales advertisements in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and listing agents to achieve shared goals.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
