**Sales Agent - Real Estate | Join Our Growing Team**

**Salary**: Base + Commission (OTE $100k+)

Are you a driven, people-focused professional ready to take your real estate career to the next level? We're a dynamic and growing agency looking for a motivated **Sales Agent** to join our team and help buyers and sellers achieve their property goals.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Prospecting and building relationships with potential buyers and sellers
- Conducting property appraisals and listing presentations
- Managing sales campaigns from start to finish
- Hosting open homes and private inspections
- Negotiating offers and closing deals with confidence
- Maintaining regular client communication and follow-ups

**What We're Looking For**:

- A current Agent's Representative Certificate (REIV or equivalent)
- Previous real estate experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- A reliable car and current driver's license
- Tech-savvy with good admin habits
