About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team. This role will be a strategic partner tasked with building out the function and team. You will help to design processes, policies and implement technology solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
The position is based out of our National Distribution Centre in Dandenong.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team to deliver great results, with the ability to optimise and implement continuous improvements
- Experience working in a multi-site manufacturing/production operations or leading operational improvement projects in a large organisation
- Strong focus on safety and compliance
- Tech savvy – an interest in tech developments, robotics and understanding new manufacturing capability
- Relationship focused – develop strong relationships across the business and engage with people to bring them on the journey
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering/Engineering/Supply Chain Management or another relevant area
