This 15-month fixed-term role is part of our Management Business unit, driving fee revenue earners and strategic initiatives forward.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to lead monthly forecasting and reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

This key position will own the Gross Compensation forecasting process, partnering with HR and senior leaders to drive informed decision-making.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide insights through variance analysis, financial modelling, and executive-level reporting, while maintaining data integrity across financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly forecasting and reporting for a five-year forecast period, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Own the Gross Compensation forecasting process, collaborating with HR and business leaders.
  • Manage cost recovery analysis and financial reporting for enabling functions.
  • Provide insights through variance analysis, financial modelling, and executive-level reporting.
  • Drive process improvements and maintain data integrity across financial systems.
  • Prepare financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support senior decision-making.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
  • Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance through strong governance practices.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Background in corporate finance or FP&A; property industry experience an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident communication capabilities engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive data with integrity.
