Job Title: Financial Planning Expert

The role of the Financial Planning Expert is to prepare and analyze financial reports, reconcile loan accounts, general clearing accounts, and wage and super reports. The successful candidate will also undertake internal audits to maintain compliance and liaise with managerial staff and other colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and present financial reports to management that display the company's profits, equity, and cash flow.

  2. Reconcile loan accounts, general clearing accounts, and wage and super reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  3. Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

  4. Liaise with managerial staff and other colleagues to communicate financial information and provide guidance on financial matters.

  5. Supervise accounting technicians and payroll officer/bookkeeper with tasks and accounting matters.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position as a Financial Planning Expert.

  2. Qualification in Accounting at bachelor's degree level or higher.

  3. Proficiency in English.

  4. Experience in a high-volume environment preferably dealing with multiple entities.

  5. Strong analytical skills.

  6. Ability to analyze and solve problems.
