As a financial expert, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between finance and sales. This position provides financial and commercial support to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to manage profit and loss statements, forecasting revenue and related costs.
  • Manage monthly close and forecasting for revenue and related costs.
  • Conduct financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Analyze revenue performance and its financial impact.
  • Contribute to monthly financial reporting and analysis.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a finance analyst or finance business partner, supporting P&L management.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes, especially regarding forecasting and month-end close.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Oracle, Tableau, or similar financial/reporting systems.
  • Basic understanding of revenue recognition principles.
