Dynamic Fleet Coordinator Role

The role of the Fleet Coordinator will be to oversee the entire fuel fleet scheduling and stock control process for our contracts, ensuring that all logistical requirements are met efficiently.

  • Determine optimal routes and schedules to minimize downtime and optimize fuel consumption

  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to maintain accurate stock levels

  • Establish strong relationships with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration

  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies at all times

Requirements:

  • A minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in transportation or logistics

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
