Super Singhz Transport is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Fleet Manager to join our dynamic operations team in Adelaide, SA. This diverse and fast-paced role is integral to the smooth running of our operations, where you will play a key part in supporting our efforts to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities:


• *Procurement and Maintenance*: Manage the purchase and maintenance of transportation vehicles, equipment, and fuel resources.


• *Client Liaison*: Engage with clients to identify their transport needs, offer advice on appropriate vehicle selections, explain purchasing or hiring rates, outline obligations, and resolve any complaints.


• *Order and Booking Management*: Receive and process orders and bookings, while planning and implementing efficient transportation schedules.


• *Quality Assurance*: Ensure that goods are stored and transported in appropriate conditions to maintain their quality.


• *Logistics Coordination*: Arrange for the collection and delivery of vehicles and goods, ensuring timely and efficient operations.


• *Record Keeping and Reporting*: Maintain accurate business records and prepare operational statements and reports for management review.


• *Train Operations Oversight*: Coordinate the loading and unloading processes, as well as the arrival and departure schedules of trains.


• *Safety Compliance*: Ensure that all operations comply with occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
