About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work as an Education Coordinator in a Specialist Clinics setting. The role involves collaborating with various departments across the organization to identify training and educational requirements for new and existing employees.

The key responsibilities of this role include evaluating current gaps in skills and competencies, assisting with the design and development of appropriate training programs and resources, and overseeing employee professional development initiatives.

Key deliverables include hosting and supporting training and education programs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve Divisional and Organisational strategies.

Your Background:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role. Required skills and abilities include delivering training to large numbers of staff in a variety of modalities, managing own workload with minimal supervision, and maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to think critically and strategically, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
