  • Manage vendor relationships and collections effectively.
  • Monitor and forecast cash flow to minimize financial risks.
  • Develop and refine cash management policies to optimize returns.
  • Precision-engineer accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Analyze financial data to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Provide valuable insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Process payroll accurately and on-time.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll tax requirements.
  • Generate relevant reports and maintain secure payroll records.
  • Communicate critical payroll information to employees.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for audits and filings.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, manage financing options, and oversee integration of acquired assets.
  • Foster strong partnerships with investors, lenders, insurance representatives, and regulatory authorities.
  • Represent the organization in financial matters with transparency.
  • Oversee banking relationships and credit facility negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a senior finance or supervisory role.
  • Experience in the construction or service-based industries is highly valued.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and experience with Buildertrend are major plus factors.
  • Expertise in construction financial processes, including job costing, invoicing, and cash flow.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.
