Opportunity Overview

Join Raytheon Australia in a dynamic environment, co-located with Defence at Henderson WA, to support the transition and acceptance into service of latest Naval vessels. This role offers a career pathway to leadership in program and general management, with a focus on shaping the sustainment of these vessels through life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide key Transition communications and stakeholder management within the OPV Enterprise.
  • Monitor the delivery of compliant capability outcomes to contracted and internally specified standards.
  • Support the establishment of a fit for purpose support system for OPV's, including facilitating the transition of acquisition artefacts, physical items and responsibilities.
  • Collate relevant in-service lessons/observations for communication to Acquisition.
Requirements
  • Proven experience mentoring multidisciplinary teams, with strong communication and software system skills.
  • A background in defence industry project management, with knowledge in military systems, sustainment and capability lifecycle management and operational programs.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance.
