Key Focus Areas

You will play a crucial role in supporting people to adopt and embed changes into their daily activities. You will be part of a team that helps clients navigate various types of change; transformational change, incremental change, technological change, organisational change, cultural change and more.

In this role, you will create value by:

  • Enhancing your change management, learning and development, and continuous improvement skills
  • Collaborating with client-facing consulting teams that bring together people with varied skillsets to deliver tailored solutions for our clients
  • Analysing the impact of change, developing comprehensive change management plans, and delivering effective change management activities
  • Reporting on change adoption and stakeholder engagement

What We Are Looking For

We seek collaborative individuals who thrive in team environments. A growth mindset is essential – interested in asking questions, challenging thinking, and bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Some experience in supporting an organisation to make change is desirable, although not essential. This could include identifying change impacts for end users, drafting communication materials, engaging with stakeholders, collaborating within project teams, developing training resources, and updating processes.
