In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the administrative lifecycle of health service contracts. Your responsibilities will include reviewing agreements, coordinating contract processes, establishing procedures, and providing oversight on industry awards and financial terms.
You will collaborate closely with finance to ensure funds are allocated effectively and provide regular reports and dashboards on contract status. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating operational and administrative duties, including contract templates, status, and tracking, as well as maintaining accurate records within Salesforce and SharePoint.
The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in business administration, with experience in contract management, procurement, business administration, project expenditure, and delivering organisational outcomes. They should also have strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution capability, and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
