Job Description

Hopesway Pty Ltd operates within the NDIS space and is a growing disability service provider. Our purpose is to provide person-centered support for clients with core support, Supported Independent Living, and Support Coordination needs.

We focus on supporting individuals with disabilities to develop life skills in areas of their choice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting clients with daily activities targeted towards achieving their goals.

Key responsibilities include completing administration and reporting requirements, providing day-to-day support such as assisting with meal preparation, domestic duties, medication administration, and personal care needs.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with managers and colleagues to establish processes to support clients with complex needs.

To be considered, applicants must have experience working with people with disabilities, preferably in a similar role. They should possess a working knowledge of Disability legislation and the NDIS, demonstrate commitment to using person-centered active support principles, and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Applicants must also have a valid driver's license, completed relevant training modules, and hold current certifications in first aid and CPR.
