Support Worker - Carnarvon

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Support Worker to deliver exceptional care and support to clients in Carnarvon.

This part-time role offers 27 hours of work per fortnight with a regular roster, allowing you to make a difference in the lives of others while maintaining your independence.

As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, and toileting, as well as medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic assistance, and social support.

Requirements for this role include a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, with relevant experience preferred. You will also need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a valid Drivers' License, and the ability to work independently in the community.
