Leadership Position in After-Hours Healthcare

This is a key leadership role that oversees the administration and bed management of the after-hours service at Carnarvon Hospital.

  • Strategic direction and leadership are provided to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Policies, procedures, and protocols are developed and implemented to improve clinical standards and efficiency.
  • Staff are mentored and coached to enhance their skills and performance.

A postgraduate qualification in nursing management or a related field is required. A current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Australia and at least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role are also essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead a talented team and make a real difference in the lives of patients and communities in Western Australia.
