Be a trailblazer and take on the exciting challenge of building an L&D function from scratch As the first dedicated Learning and Development Manager in a newly established organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive cultural change and enhancing workplace capabilities.

This is a dynamic opportunity to design and deliver new learning frameworks, implement training programs, and develop capability initiatives that meet the evolving needs of the business. You will work closely with operational managers, leaders, and the HR team to identify learning opportunities and develop solutions that are effective, efficient, and pragmatic.

Your mission will be to create a comprehensive learning strategy that drives organisational goals while also collaborating with external training providers. To succeed in this role, you will need to be an experienced L&D practitioner with a proven track record of building, delivering, and driving learning and development initiatives across diverse environments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to influence at all levels, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. Relevant qualifications in HR, Learning, Business or Organisational Psychology, and a passion for making a difference in the community services industry will be highly valued.

You will have the autonomy to implement initiatives and drive the L&D agenda, supported by a strong leadership team and a newly created position of a Learning and Development Consultant reporting to you.
