We are seeking an exceptional Senior Operations Executive to lead our global operations and drive business growth. This is a critical leadership role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing effective procedures and workflow processes to ensure seamless execution of operational activities.
  • Collaborating with global counterparts to streamline and align business activities, and driving the development and implementation of effective strategies to strengthen sales and support initiatives.
  • Providing strategic insight and guidance to senior leaders, and defining and guiding department policy and communications to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Building positive relationships with stakeholders and key contacts, and holding accountability for the overall capability, performance, and financial results of APAC operations.
  • Leading and managing high-performing staff teams, and consulting with support functions for awareness of positive or negative impacts on business operations.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level or higher in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
  • Comprehensive working experience of a Travel Management Company (Entertainment, Corporate, and Events industry advantageous).
  • Solid and extensive knowledge on the APAC region, and proven record of successfully managing multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Management of divisional and regional P&L accounts, budgets, and overheads, and demonstrated success at positively influencing and improving business operations.
