Lead Homelessness Initiative

We are seeking a skilled leader to drive our new homelessness central intake service, ensuring it delivers on its vision and improves access to support for individuals in need.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver high-quality services, building strong partnerships, and strengthening systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of the homelessness central intake service
  • Servicing as a key point of support for Team Leaders and Pathway Workers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and community groups
  • Facilitating reflective practice and promoting a culture of continuous learning
  • Representing the organisation and promoting the service at various forums
