About Our Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and capable Team Leader who can guide frontline teams, solve problems collaboratively, and ensure services are delivered with respect, care, and compassion.

This role is part of a Territory-wide initiative designed to improve access to support for people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.

  • Lead and support a team of Pathway Workers helping them navigate client situations with confidence and care.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing systems that enhance service delivery, promote staff wellbeing, and support safe, effective practice.
  • Support a small caseload of clients directly, helping them work through challenges and find the right services.
  • Obtain and implement client feedback to help shape and improve the service.
  • Promote and represent our organisation across the Northern Territory, building trust and strengthening our presence in the community.
