We deliver Financial Wellbeing services across Central Australia and are proud to be leading the new Central Intake Service, a Territory-wide initiative improving access to support for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

As Team Leader, you will report to the Program Manager Homelessness and be part of a supportive leadership team that works together to bring the Central Intake Service to life.

Your key responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of Pathway Workers, driving continuous improvement by implementing systems that enhance service delivery, promoting staff wellbeing, and supporting safe and effective practice.

You will also support a small caseload of clients directly, helping them work through challenges and find the right services, and promote and represent the Central Intake Service across the Northern Territory, building trust and strengthening our presence in the community.
