Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Support Specialist to fill this role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Aged Care legislation, standards and regulations, as well as clinical understanding and qualifications as a Registered Nurse with experience in Aged Care.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and support on compliance issues;
  • Supporting the achievement of compliance objectives;
  • Developing relationships to influence change;

The successful candidate will be able to provide guidance and direction to colleagues and stakeholders. They must also be results-driven, focused and have reliable transportation with a current Driver's License for travel requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Act, Standards and Regulations;
  • Clinical understanding and qualification as a Registered Nurse;
  • Experience in Aged Care;
  • Proficient in using Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven ability to make decisions;
  • Results-driven and focused;
  • Reliable transportation with a current Driver's License;
