Leading Programs for Community Healing

This is an exceptional opportunity to assume a leadership role in managing programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and families who have been impacted by Family Violence.
As a strong leader with experience working in this field, you will be able to provide direction and guidance to your team while ensuring that the programs delivered are grounded in cultural safety and trauma-informed practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of facilitators and case managers in delivering culturally responsive programs with strong community connections.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure programs are delivered with a deep understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice.
- Proven experience working in Family Violence is essential.
- A solid understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice.
- A Diploma or higher in a relevant field (training support available).
- Passion for supporting mob on their healing journey.
- The opportunity to lead programs for community, by community.
