**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC Tool and Cutter Grinders to manufacture and re-service cutting tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical drawings and experience with CNC machines. You will work closely with other production operatives to ensure efficient and high-quality tool production.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate CNC Tool and Cutter Grinders to manufacture and re-service cutting tools
  • Set up and run CNC machines according to technical drawings
  • Perform quality checks on produced tools
  • Liaise with other production operatives to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements:**

  • Engineering or mechanical background
  • Good work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to read engineering technical drawings
  • Able to work in Australia

**Benefits:**

  • Competitive salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
  • 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available

**About the Role:**
