We are seeking a seasoned manufacturing specialist to join our dynamic team at Grifols Australia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality IVD products, following established protocols and procedures, and ensuring adherence to rigorous quality standards.

The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of cGMP and ISO 13485 quality systems, as well as experience working with manufacturing enterprise resource operating systems such as SAP. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing high-quality IVD products, including Reagent Red Cells, Solutions, and Gel Cards
  • Performing manufacturing and testing functions in accordance with Grifols Standard Operating Procedures and ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems
  • Operating purpose-built equipment to dispense and pack finished products
  • Ensuring accurate recording of raw materials and semi-finished products in SAPR3
  • Performing in-process quality control tests using approved measuring and laboratory equipment

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environment
  • Strong working knowledge of cGMP and ISO 13485 quality systems
  • Experience working with manufacturing enterprise resource operating systems such as SAP
  • Flexibility to work in a shift environment and available for weekend shifts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, well organized, and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for digital technology and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
