Global Immigration Consultant

As a Global Immigration Consultant, you will join a renowned practice with an international network of offices and a global team of professionals. This hybrid position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from various locations across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute compliance services related to visa applications, work permits, residence permits, extensions, short-term business traveller deployment, and diagnostic reviews of immigration compliance with relevant authorities.
  • Provide strategic advice to help client organisations understand and navigate immigration compliance requirements.
  • Assist clients in sponsoring overseas nationals to work in their business and represent them in matters related to sponsorships, visa refusals, and cancellations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered migration agent or legal practitioner with 2–4 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment, demonstrating solid knowledge of immigration fundamentals and processes.
  • Skilled at managing high volumes of work within tight timeframes, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively while working independently or collaboratively.
  • Passionate about process-driven work, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
