We are seeking a highly skilled Migration Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their migration needs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and will be responsible for providing tailored advice on visa options, eligibility, and compliance. You will design and execute immigration strategies for individual and corporate clients, ensuring sound commercial and legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on visa options, eligibility, and compliance
  • Design and execute immigration strategies for individual and corporate clients
  • Manage client casework and deliver high-quality representation to relevant authorities
  • Prepare and lodge visa applications, handle appearances, and manage all migration work with competence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and authorities, driving business development and enhancing the firm's brand
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Qualified RMA with current MARA registration
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in immigration law, preferably with hands-on experience using MM system
  • Proven expertise across various visa subclasses and the Administrative Review Tribunal process
  • Strong team player with experience supervising migration assistants
  • Solid understanding of immigration legislation
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
