About the Role
As a Compliance Officer with Ignite Recruitment, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of key programs nationwide. This position focuses on ensuring stakeholders meet program requirements, and you'll work on compliance tasks that underpin the department's commitment to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews, gather evidence, and recommend findings to ensure program integrity.
- Take action to resolve compliance concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Perform case management and related administrative tasks accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the case management system.
- Analyse data and documentation to support review findings and guide actions.
- Engage with stakeholders through phone and written communications regarding compliance reviews.
- Draft comprehensive compliance review reports, letters, internal briefings, and reporting documents as required.
- Provide timely and accurate input to reports.
- Assist in developing compliance plans to manage program risks effectively.
Key Experience Required:
- Proven experience in Compliance Officer, Regulatory Officer, or Case Management Officer roles.
- Prior government experience is preferred.
- Strong investigative skills in a compliance environment are essential.
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience making objective assessments is necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Previous experience preparing reports is desirable.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively and work independently within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in liaising with diverse stakeholders is crucial.
- Ability to handle compliance issues professionally is essential.
