We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance planning department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management and coordination of maintenance programs across various work groups.

About the Role
  • Utilizing SAP S4/HANA System, you will be responsible for planning and managing approved maintenance programs and Work Orders within designated work groups.
  • You will conduct maintenance work planning in accordance with fleet maintenance planning directions issued by the Senior Regional Planner.
  • Your tasks will include identifying maintenance tasks, parts, and resources required, sourcing parts via internal and external means, and providing feedback to stakeholders on the progress of scheduled maintenance programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will liaise closely with the Scheduling team to effectively plan maintenance around Commonwealth priorities and planned completion dates.
  • Additionally, you will collaborate with the Scheduling team to effect changes in scheduling to meet customer requirements.
About You
  • You must be an Australian citizen eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance.
  • A trade qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, or similar) is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems – or a willingness to learn – is highly valued.
