Digital Case Management Specialist

This is a Digital Case Management Analyst position.

Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth investigations into fraud and scam cases.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
- Prepare reports and insights on quality control reviews and checks.
- A degree in a relevant field such as finance, law, or criminology.
- Proven experience in fraud investigations and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
