About the Role

As a seasoned retail professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

You will be responsible for embodying the company's DNA, showcasing the Sephora experience to customers through innovative and curated prestige beauty solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of coaching and supporting team members, driving a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise performance and capability.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members to utilize and interpret reporting data to inform operational decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working across all categories from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.

We offer initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online platform and field trainers to help you discover Sephora's amazing offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience
  • Strong track record of coaching and supporting team members
  • Ability to drive a selling culture and exceed KPIs
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data
  • Hands-on leadership style with a passion for excellent client service
