Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Work closely with senior management to promote the firm's risk appetite and culture across business functions.
  • Support business units in identifying, assessing, and managing key risks and regulatory obligations.
  • Advise on policy development, control design, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain effective training programs to ensure risk and compliance awareness firm-wide.
  • Prepare reports and insights for executive management and the Risk Committee.
About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  • A proven track record in a risk and compliance role within the financial services sector.
  • Solid understanding of AFSL regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of investment or financial advice and professional services environments would be excellent.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and deliver practical, business-aligned solutions.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
