The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Chef with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You'll work closely with the management team to develop and implement new menu concepts, manage kitchen staff, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement seasonal menus that showcase fresh, local ingredients and meet customer preferences
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow, timely delivery of orders, and maintaining high standards of food presentation and quality
  • Mentor and lead kitchen staff, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu concepts, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and kitchen expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimizing waste
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Lead Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and health regulations
  • Ambitious and innovative approach to menu development, with a focus on using fresh, local ingredients
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced kitchen environment
