Job Overview

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to spearhead fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and cultivating major gift prospects, building relationships with donors, and supporting stewardship initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze donor data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective donors.
  • Support donor stewardship through personalized communication and engagement activities.
  • Manage CRM records and provide insights to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute fundraising events and campaigns.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, development, or donor relations.
  • Strong analytical and CRM/database management skills.
  • Experience with fundraising software.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for advancing our mission through fundraising.
