The JCC is a dynamic platform for engagement and community. As one of the largest engagement hubs in the Greater Toronto Area, we offer a diverse range of programs.
Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to spearhead fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and cultivating major gift prospects, building relationships with donors, and supporting stewardship initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze donor data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective donors.
- Support donor stewardship through personalized communication and engagement activities.
- Manage CRM records and provide insights to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, development, or donor relations.
- Strong analytical and CRM/database management skills.
- Experience with fundraising software.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for advancing our mission through fundraising.
