The role of Program Coordinator - Empowering Young Women is to oversee the delivery and coordination of programs under the Building Young Man suite in Bathurst. The successful candidate will work closely with schools, community organisations, and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of these programs.
Responsibilities include program delivery, coordination with participating schools, reporting on program progress, organisation of end of program celebrations and activities, and ongoing review and updating of programs throughout the year.
The role also involves supporting all other Empowering Young Women team members within the foundation and Panthers Foundation activities and initiatives at Panthers home games in Bathurst.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or placement.
- Tertiary qualification in social work, youth mentoring, or a relevant area.
- Current, valid driver's licence.
- Valid, paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current Sports First Aid (or equivalent) and CPR certification.
This part-time fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading entertainment and leisure provider. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Panthers Foundation's Community Pillar to deliver programs that promote positive outcomes for young women.
