Private Equity Investment Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our investment team as a Private Equity Investment Associate.
The successful candidate will have experience within Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Private Equity and be able to add value and be a key member of the founding team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market analysis and industry research to support investment assessment and origination
- Prepare due diligence materials and investment committee memos
- Develop and implement financial models including sensitivity analysis to support potential investment opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather information necessary to make investment decisions
- Monitor assets in the firm's portfolios
- Engage and manage third party consultants and advisors on new investment opportunities
- 1-5 years experience within Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Private Equity
- Excellent academic credentials and achievements
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including substantial experience in financial modelling and valuation
- Results orientated individual, with a proactive and creative approach to problem solving
- Strong judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to articulate and present points of view and ideas effectively
