**Role Overview**

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals for the **Graduate Investment Analyst | Private Equity** position set to commence in January 2026. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, engaging on a variety of projects throughout the private equity lifecycle. Your responsibilities will involve participating in the investment decision-making process, assisting in the closing of deals, and collaborating with management to tackle significant challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Achieved a top 10% grade average from a top tier University; or
- Have internship experience at a leading Investment bank, Consulting firm, or top-tier law firm; or
- Demonstrated a level of engagement in an extracurricular activity (entrepreneurial, social, sporting or for-purpose)
- A natural curiosity, analytical mindset, and a commercial perspective.
- A motivating desire to contribute positively to team culture.
- A high comfort level working with numerical data and deriving actionable insights from your analyses.
- An aptitude for managing diverse projects with varying timelines and stakeholders.
- A proven track record of achievements across personal, academic, and professional domains.
