Private Equity Investment Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced investment professional to join our private equity team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will support end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, valuation, structuring, and negotiation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting transaction execution, from initial screening to successful exit
- Preparing deal materials and financial models for presentation to investors
- Conducting industry research and identifying potential investment opportunities
- Collaborating with senior team members on post-acquisition value creation strategies
- Maintaining strong relationships with portfolio company management teams
- Contributing to global cross-border investment initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
- 1.5-4 years' experience in investment banking or private equity/direct investing
- Exceptional analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative attitude with a high degree of initiative and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A genuine interest in long-term investing and creating sustainable value
