A Community Mental Health Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and skilled registered nurse to join our multidisciplinary team as a specialist in community mental health services.
- This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality care to patients and families in the community setting, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders for a holistic approach.
The role involves providing safe quality nursing care in partnership with patients and their families, delivering high-quality mental health services within the community setting for a designated client group using evidence-based practices and recovery principles.
Responsibilities:- To plan, implement and evaluate patient care with members of the healthcare team
- To provide clinical risk management and crisis intervention within the community setting
- To communicate effectively with other sectors of mental health services and primary health care providers
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
- Current knowledge of and ability to apply nursing principles, procedures, and practices in the delivery of patient care
- Demonstrated written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Requirements:You must be a registered nurse with current knowledge of and the ability to apply nursing principles, procedures, and practices in the delivery of patient care.
