**Job Description** How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives**:
- Undertaking assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments
- Undertaking assessments to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
- Designing and implementing intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity
- Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation
- Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
- Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
**Qualifications** What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Australian recognised degree qualification in Exercise Physiologist and full ESSA Accreditation
- Willingness to learn and impact positively on people’s lives in tangible ways
- The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
- A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
- Willingness to work in the community (must have drivers licence and access to own vehicle)
- Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
