Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Management: Manage the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the desktop environment.
  • High-Level Advice: Provide high-level advice and technical support to sector staff on various technical issues.
  • Ticket Resolution: Resolve escalated incidents and manage tickets logged via Service Desk.
  • Governance Contribution: Contribute to governance and decision-making of Workspace Support Services.

We require an individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who can work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
