As a Personal Assistant, Wholesale Capital & Funds Management, you will provide exceptional support to the Group General Manager – Wholesale Capital & JVs & General Manager and Fund Manager, MWOF. In this role, you will manage the email inbox and calendar, exercise sound judgment, and prepare correspondence on their behalf. You will also undertake diary management and scheduling of meetings, handle investor requests, and coordinate events. A high-volume administrative role with conflicting priorities is essential. Experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential. You must have an advanced level of IT proficiency, strong attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. If you have a can-do attitude and are proactive, we encourage you to apply.
