Digital Growth Specialist

About the Role
We're seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll blend sales expertise with consultative strategy to connect with business owners, discover their challenges, and show how we can transform their marketing.
You'll handle inbound enquiries and conduct discovery calls with prospective clients, build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting, craft tailored proposals, and follow up on leads with persistence and professionalism.
Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure a seamless client journey. Drive new business revenue by selling our digital marketing services across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
The Ideal Candidate
A proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within digital marketing or related industries. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex marketing solutions.
Confidence running Zoom or in-person sales calls, from discovery through to signed proposals. A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset. Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves the challenge of growing something great.
