Manufacturing Team Lead Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced manufacturing team lead to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff in the manufacture of life-saving therapies.


The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, preferably in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or food and beverages. You will also need to possess strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in physically demanding environments.


A collaborative mindset, with initiative, problem-solving skills, and clear communication are essential for success in this position. Flexibility with working hours and a commitment to safety, compliance, and company values are also required.


The successful candidate will work closely with other teams to ensure that products meet high quality standards and are delivered on time. They will also be responsible for training and developing team members to improve performance and efficiency.
