**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our elite sales team. As a Territory Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering advanced medical technologies to patients in need.

The ideal candidate will have commercial experience, with a proven track record of success. Prior experience with Urology products is desirable, as well as previous capital sales experience. Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships is essential.

You will be responsible for developing and executing territory plans to deliver annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term. This will involve building strong relationships with existing customers and driving new business in the assigned territory.

You will also be responsible for planning and developing the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and the broader Urology team will be key to identifying training, research, and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.

As a Territory Manager, you will be an established contact person for hospital management, purchasing departments, and hospital staff as it relates to our Urology business. You will maintain all company assets, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with our audit and process requirements.

You will complete market analysis and regular reporting as required. Attending meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our products and services will also be necessary. Representing our values and integrity is essential to your success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute territory plans to deliver annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory.
  • Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Commercial experience with demonstrated achievement of success.
  • Prior experience with Urology products is desirable.
  • Previous capital sales experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ability to gain clinical knowledge quickly.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise a flexible work schedule.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-focused with a resilient, flexible approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Tertiary education (in science or business preferable).
