Market Events Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Market Events Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing market setups, ensuring that every event is a success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate market setup and ensure all necessary equipment is in place
  • Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination and communication
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products at markets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
  • Work closely with our bakery team to ensure timely production and delivery of products
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in events or hospitality
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work weekends, early mornings, and long days during busy periods
