Job Title: Venue Manager/Licensee

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Venue Manager/Licensee to join our team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational requirements of the business, including marketing, security, compliance, maintenance, and cash management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee marketing strategy and operations, including venue marketing and product promotions
  • Recruit, induct, and train department teams, including sequence of service, product education & training, and rostering
  • Develop and implement service offerings and continuous product improvement
  • Drive sales growth and revenue targets through effective management and leadership
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to fulfill their potential through cultivation of an inclusive workplace culture
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven excellence working in a Licensee or Venue Management capacity
  • Experience working in a high-volume gaming venue, with knowledge of current legislation relating to the gaming industry
  • Excellence and knowledge in food, beverage, and customer experience
  • Creative passion and ideas for marketing and continuous product improvement
  • Immaculate presentation paralleled with service delivery excellence
  • Ability to train, motivate, and counsel staff in identified performance opportunities
  • RSA and RCG certification, in addition to Advanced Licensee certification
