Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our primary school. This senior leadership position requires someone with exceptional educational expertise and experience in leading teams. If you are a dedicated educator looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the primary school leadership team to provide strategic direction aligned with our institution's mission.
  2. Recruit, manage, and develop high-performing teaching staff to ensure excellent student outcomes.
  3. Monitor student progress, wellbeing, and behaviour, implementing strategies that foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  4. Coordinate key events such as graduation ceremonies, parent-teacher nights, and sports days.
  5. Participate in enrolment processes, including interviewing prospective families.
  6. Embed Christian values through devotions, chapel services, and collaboration with chaplaincy staff.
  7. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to promote transparency and collaboration.
Requirements
  1. A strong passion for Christian education and commitment to integrating a biblical worldview.
  2. At least five years of classroom teaching experience and current registration as a teacher in South Australia.
  3. Certification in Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RHHAN-EC) and Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  4. Valid Teachers Registration in South Australia (SA).
